From pastry kitchen to your kitchen.

Angie Jimenez is a Le Cordon Bleu-trained pastry chef who has lived in Lawrence, Massachusetts for more than 40 years. During that time she owned a restaurant in the city for over 7 years and ran a catering business for more than 10 years, cooking for corporate and nonprofit events.

When COVID stopped event work, Angie turned her kitchen experience toward teaching food safety and helping new food businesses get licensed. Today that is her full-time work.

She works with food businesses across the Merrimack Valley and nearby cities, drawing on long-standing relationships with the City of Lawrence, Massachusetts, and other food safety professionals in the area.
